The team delivered the most successful debut by a new constructor this century, later securing its first Formula 1 pole position in 2022 and establishing itself as one of the sport鈥檚 leading independent teams.
MotoGP Leadership: In 2025, Guenther expanded his motorsport leadership into two wheels by leading a consortium to acquire the Red Bull KTM Tech3 MotoGP team, one of the paddock鈥檚 longest-standing outfits. He will assume the role of CEO from 2026 and build on Tech3鈥檚 legacy while driving growth and competitive performance in the world championship.
